Customer Background: Our story with Joanne can be described as wonderful. It started very quickly in the second year of COVID-19, and now the story is still continuing perfectly because we have become one of the main supplier for Joanne's company on home products in the past 2 years. We have a good cooperative factory for home storage products and passed the BSCI audit, our company was introduced to Joanne (the sourcing manager of this company) by one of our old customers.
Service process: From the initial contact to sending samples, placing orders to shipping. In just 4 months, Joanne and the end customer Home Goods have recognized our company's professionalism and quality control capabilities in home goods wholesale. Later, we produced and successfully shipped some home and kitchen products such as photo frames, dinnerware, etc.
