Project Description: In the first week of December 2019, one of our longest-standing customers sent an email saying that they wanted to develop an artificial flower project for their clothing stores for the coming Mother's Day sales. This project is called "Forever Roses".
Customer Background: In the past, our products sold to this customer were basically fashion jewelry & accessories from yiwu jewelry market manufacturers, but this time it is a completely different category and the quality requirements for this artificial flower are very high.
Customer Requirements: The petals need to have the same touch of real flowers, and a bottle of real rose scent needs to be included in the packaging gift box which can spray on flowers to maintain a long-lasting floral scent.
Service process: As soon as we cleared this customer's needs, our staff After checking with the corresponding manufacturers, we found that there are no such high-quality level products available in the market. In the end, we decide to complete this order by separating the process. We found the right fabric and gave it to the artificial flower factory to complete the flower production. We also found the right fragrance to bottle the spray. Finally, our own workers completed the process of preparing the fake water and fixing the flowers.
